CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT – SHARING GROUP SARL
Preamble
This Charter defines the fundamental principles, values and rules of conduct to which every distributor member of SHARING GROUP SARL (hereinafter the “Partner”) agrees without reservation. Our mission is to promote health through natural JIGSIMUR products while offering an opportunity for shared prosperity through Network Marketing (MLM).
Article 1: Core values
- Integrity: act honestly in all transactions and presentations.
- Professionalism: master the product characteristics and compensation plan.
- Solidarity: support members of your lineage and respect your peers.
- Responsibility: fulfill commitments to customers and the company.
Article 2: Business ethics and product presentation
2.1. Health claims: JIGSIMUR is an approved natural health product. The Partner is strictly prohibited from presenting it as a miracle medicine capable of curing serious diseases without medical advice. The Partner must never encourage a customer to stop an ongoing medical treatment.
2.2. Price transparency: SHARING GROUP SARL’s official prices must be respected to prevent unfair competition within the network.
Article 3: Fair dealing in Network Marketing (MLM)
3.1. Presenting the opportunity: when recruiting new members, the Partner must present the earning opportunity realistically. Guaranteeing fixed or immediate income without explaining that earnings depend on work, sales volume and network development is prohibited.
3.2. Respect for the network tree: “poaching” (attempting to recruit a member already registered in another lineage) is strictly prohibited and constitutes serious misconduct.
3.3. Use of the referral link: the personal link must be used fairly, without spam or misleading advertising.
Article 4: Use of the platform and back office
- Secure your access credentials to protect your earnings and data.
- Do not manipulate the system to create false bonuses or operations.

5.2. Social media: each member remains responsible for their online statements and must not publish disparaging, discriminatory, political or religious content associated with the company.
Article 6: Partner status

Accordingly, the Partner manages their activity independently, is solely responsible for tax and social security declarations under Cameroonian law, and cannot bind the Company through personal acts.
