TERMS OF USE – SHARING GROUP SARL
Version effective as of: May 1, 2026
Preamble
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website sharingroups.com (hereinafter the “Site”), owned by SHARING GROUP SARL, registered in the RCCM under number CM-DLA-01-2025 – B12-00451.
By accessing the site or registering as a distributor member, the user accepts all these terms without reservation.
Article 1: Definitions
- Company: SHARING GROUP SARL.
- Site: the sharingroups.com web platform.
- User: any person accessing the site, whether a visitor or registered member.
- Distributor / Member: a registered user with a dedicated back office for promoting and distributing JIGSIMUR products.
- Back office: a secure, personalized digital space reserved for the distributor.
Article 2: Purpose
- Presentation and promotion of the natural health product JIGSIMUR.
- Management of the distribution network through Network Marketing (MLM).
- Provision of business management tools for distributors.
Article 3: Registration and back-office access
3.1. Eligibility: registration is restricted to adults or legal entities.
3.2. Credentials: upon registration, the distributor chooses or receives confidential credentials. The distributor alone is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Any operation performed from a member’s back office is deemed to have been performed by that member.
3.3. Data accuracy: the member undertakes to provide true and accurate information and to update it if it changes (contact details, bank details).
Article 4: Back-office features
The back office offers the distributor the following features, among others:
- Order management: purchase of JIGSIMUR products for the distributor’s own account or for customers.
- Financial tracking: real-time viewing of earnings, commissions and bonuses generated.
- Referral: access to the unique referral link for registering new members.
- Dashboard: overview of the network tree (genealogy) and sales statistics.
Article 5: Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, graphics, logos, source code, back-office architecture and videos) are the exclusive property of SHARING GROUP SARL or its partners. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Cameroonian intellectual property law.
Article 6: User obligations and conduct
- Do not disrupt the proper operation of the Site (viruses, computer attacks).
- Use the referral link ethically, without spam or misleading advertising.
- Do not impersonate a third party or another distributor.
- Respect the brand image of the company and the JIGSIMUR product.
Article 7: Liability
7.1. Availability: the Company endeavors to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day but does not guarantee complete immunity from technical failures or maintenance interruptions.
7.2. Use of the network: the Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Site (loss of data or potential earnings due to mishandling by the distributor).
7.3. Third-party content: the Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over these websites and disclaims all responsibility for their content.
Article 8: Suspension and termination
In the event of a breach of these Terms, proven fraud in the MLM system, or conduct detrimental to the Company, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the offending member’s back-office access without prior notice or compensation, without prejudice to any legal proceedings.
Article 9: Personal data protection
The data collected is used to manage members and pay commissions. Members have a right of access and correction through their back-office interface, in accordance with current Cameroonian law.
Article 10: Changes to the Terms of Use
SHARING GROUP SARL reserves the right to change these Terms at any time to adapt them to technical or legislative developments. Changes are binding on users as soon as they are published online.
Article 11: Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by Cameroonian law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Douala have exclusive jurisdiction.
Acceptance: by checking the “I accept the Terms of Use” box during registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accepted all the provisions above.
